Training Center

The Bank have a full fledged Training Center headed by a Training Manager under the guidance of HR. The responsibility of this department is to ensure capacity building of the Afghans working in the bank in terms of enhancing their knowledge on products, technology, customer service, operational efficiency and latest developments in the banking fraternity across the world. Regular training are conducted in the center where expatriates impart their knowledge and train the employees. External training programs are also organized in association with the Afghanistan Institute of Banking & Finance. International Training programs are also arranged for the talented employees wherein there are sent to neighboring countries for “on the job” and class room sessions. Mr. Sebghatullah Hamidi is in charge of learning & development of Azizi Bank. He has done his Master’s in Business Administration at Kardan University and has earned his bachelor degree from Dunya University. Additionally, he also holds many Certificates in accounting and Finance, Project Management, Banking, Human Resources Management and Training of Trainers (TOT) at IFC world bank. He has worked in businesses of imports and exports, projects, university and it is 6 years of working in the Banking sector at Human Resources Management. He has a wide experience in all HR sections and he is currently working as in charge of Learning & Development.
