Azizi Bank pioneered the convenience of "Mobile Banking/Branchless Banking" for several years throughout the nation since 2016. This service provides banking facilities in remote and rural areas through our Mobile Teams. Bank employees serve as Mobile team members, in rural and remote areas, through Point of Sale (PoS) and the AziPay application. They carry cash, as per requirement of the project, and deliver to government and private sector employees, beneficiaries of NGO’s/ UN agencies, and other projects.
This has helped Afghanistan improve the Financial Inclusion goals as well bring a lot of unbanked population under formal Banking sector. Azizi Bank has the largest Branchless Banking network in the country covering ALL Districts and Villages across 34 Provinces.
